In addition to our experienced central team covering planning, design, marketing, sample room, production, quality control, and packaging departments, we prioritize producing our products under international standards and on time by ensuring that each point of the supply chain, such as fabric, accessories, printing, embroidery, etc., is manufactured not only in our in-house facilities but also in approved subcontractor workshops for technical and social suitability.

PLANNING
To respond to our business partners' expectations for competitive prices and fast delivery while using the company's resources optimally and maintaining maximum profitability, comprehensive and detailed production planning and control, inventory and material management, correct subcontracting/in-house production decisions, and a quality management system that all factory employees can adopt are essential.
For these purposes, we first create production plans at the macro level with a production planning and control approach, and then monitor the conformity of actual production to these plans with micro-level production control, addressing any disruptions. This ensures an efficient and smooth balance between our customers' orders, production, inventory, and supplies.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / PROCUREMENT
Our company has a strong global supply network for purchasing fabrics and accessories from both national and international suppliers when needed. Our product development department, along with our experienced technical and procurement teams, works to develop special qualities, products, and production processes.

SAMPLE ROOM
Our sample room department is one of the strongest parts of our operation, featuring quick service, industry-expert staff, special design and product development sections, and a computerized pattern system. Our experienced team transforms customer-provided models into ready-to-cut patterns using available technology based on fabric properties. By using computer technology in both pattern and cost stages, we produce and deliver flawless samples on the production line allocated to the sample room in the shortest possible time.
CUTTING
Our technological cutting and spreading machines have a capacity of 30,000 units/day. Fully automatic computerized cutting systems are used in precision and high-speed cutting, with all stages from pattern preparation to pastel creation and fabric spreading to cutting being controlled by computers.
Using a computerized cutter system, we perform cutting operations accurately and detailed without any measurement errors or missing small parts, along with pre-sewing sorting processes to ensure complete and precise cutting.
SEWING
Experienced and skilled machine operators are our most significant competitive advantage. With over 20 years of experience and the expertise gained from working with the highest quality international brands, our sewing department aims to achieve the highest quality possible to serve our customers. Our sewing department ensures timely delivery and the highest quality production. As a pioneering example of a leading garment factory, we have standardized high production quality through periodic staff training.
WASHING
Clothing washing processes, including chemical washing, wet washing, dry or mechanical washing, provide a profitable and glossy appearance, helping products gain an advantage in the market.
These applications involve very different washing processes to obtain different types of products. Thus, the physical and chemical effects of wet and dry washing processes change to create the desired impact on garments.
IRONING & PACKAGING
To satisfy the final consumer, we have an ironing and packaging capacity of 20,000 units/day, meeting quality standards, passing through metal detectors, and ensuring 100% control.
In addition to the controls carried out at every stage of production, strict final checks are applied during packaging to maintain the customer trust we have built over the years.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our Quality Management System ensures that we fully meet our customers' expectations and needs.
In our company, in addition to in-line process controls and end-of-line quality controls, meticulous checks are conducted according to the rules defined by our customers to ensure flawless products are delivered before shipment.
Our Quality Control department, divided into pre-sewing inspection and post-ironing final inspection, meticulously inspects each product to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
